Can I see your specialists directly without a referral letter from a general practitioner? 如果没有普通科醫生的轉介信，可以直接看你们的專科醫生嗎?

Yes. Our specialists welcome any patients with or without a referral letter to book a consultation. However, many insurance plans require a referral letter from a general practitioner before you can see a specialist. Please call your insurance companies to find it out or call us at 2157-0888 and see if we can help.

不需要普通科醫生轉介信。 然而，許多保險計劃都需要普通科醫生的推薦信才讓您去看專科醫生。 請致電您的保險公司了解情況，或致電 2157-0888 聯絡我們，看看我們是否可以提供協助。

What do I need to bring to the consultation? 我需要帶什麼去就诊?

Please bring the following items if applicable 如適用，請攜帶以下文件:

• HK ID or passport 香港證件護照
• Insurance card 保險卡
• Any past relevant medical reports 過去相關醫療報告
• Any past relevant imaging films (MRI, CT scan, x-rays) and reports 過去的相關影像膠片 (MRI、CT 掃描、X 光) 和報告

Do I need to bring a change of clothes for any physical examination? 檢查時需要帶替換的衣服嗎?

It is no need to do so. 不需要。

What type of payment methods do you accept? 接受什麼類型的付款方式?

We accept EPS, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay and cash. 我們接受 EPS、VISA、萬事達卡、美國運通卡、银联 和現金。

Does your clinic provide X-ray, MRI and CT scan service? 你們的診所提供 X 光、MRI 和 CT 掃描服務嗎? 

Our clinic does not provide x-ray imaging, MRI and CT scan service on-site. 我們的診所不提供現場X光成像、MRI和CT掃描服務。
